I’m responsible for the omnichannel design proposal from concept to detailed delivery, both digital and physical, with the aim of creating and/or improving the person-service interaction in order to achieve target KPIs, from the priority analysis of the requirements to the final user testing sessions, in an MVP approach.

I gained experience in the field of digital transformation in the Telco, HPS, Fintech and Financial Services markets, designing both B2B and B2C complex ecosystems for the management of digital sales processes and retention.
